Exactly 10 years ago I met an amazing dog that would change my life forever--and not just mine--over the years Secret touched your life as you followed her with me here on social media. She may have only had 7 years, but in those 7 years she did things no dog ever had before, and she impacted the lives of millions around her. The night before she passed away 3 years ago from an aggressive cancer, I made her a promise. And then I made a promise to myself that no matter how long it took, I would tell her story.
I've spent the last year writing and illustrating a book and now it is finally here. It's written as a children's book, but I think it speaks to everyone who has ever felt alone--for those who finally find their soulmate, only to lose them too soon, then struggle to start again. I put my heart and soul into every word and illustration, and I'm so excited to finally be able to share it with you.
